HB 1985    RELATING TO FERAL ANIMALS.                    HLT, FIN
        Creates a task force to oversee the management and
        control of feral cat colonies in the State. (Hamakawa)

HB 2248    RELATING TO HEALTH.                           HLT, JHA
        Requires health care facilities to report all
        incidents of injuries and fatalities caused by 
        fireworks to the Department of Health and the police
        department of the county in which the person was
        attended or treated. (Lee)

HB 1922    RELATING TO TOBACCO.                          HLT, JHA
        Prohibits the possession and use of tobacco products
        by minors under eighteen years of age.  Makes the
        penalty for such possession and use $500 for the first
        offense and not less then $500 nor more then $2000 for
        subsequent offenses. (Hamakawa)

 
HB 2764    RELATING TO NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS.          HLT, CPC
        Creates definition of "licensed physician" so as to 
        include naturopathic physicians for purposes of 
        Department of Education immunization and tuberculin
        examinations. (Kawakami)

HB 2808    RELATING TO HEALTH SERVICES.              HLT/HSH, FIN
        Appropriates funds for health promotion and disease
        prevention programs at twenty high schools, 
        implementation of CHIP and QUEST programs at school
        health rooms, community-based primary care clinics,
        and Area Health Education Center's matching funds.
